FIND YOUR LOVE BEFORE VALENTINE DAY

If you are one of those people who can’t stand loneliness and the thought of Valentine’s Day makes you feel sad or discouraged, you may want to know some quick ways to find your love before or on Valentine’s Day.

1. Be open; It’s extremely difficult for men to get a woman’s attention when she is not open. If you want to find your love before or on Valentine’s Day, try to be open to conversation. Smile, build the eye contact and don’t play hard to get.

2. Leave something to the imagination; When it comes to conversation on the first date, don’t talk about your exes, learning and job! I know most men appreciate an accomplished, successful woman, but don’t run down your resume at the first meeting! It can make you seem uptight or make a man intimidated.

3. Take things slow; Perhaps you are getting older and older and you don’t have time for playing flirty games and wasting your time, but asking lots of questions and telling about your wedding plans during a first date conversation is never a win-win solution. People always share information with those they’re comfortable with. In fact, it can take several dates to figure out that the person isn’t for you.

4. Look beyond the physical appearance; Another thing to remember when you are trying to find your love before Valentine’s Day is to look beyond physical appearance. Try to ditch the weight, height and physical appearance requirements. If you really enjoyed the conversation with a man, and he’d like to continue the conversation over a meal, or on the phone, let him do so. Handsome guys are lovely, but they don’t make good partners.

5. Don’t expect him to pay for you; Asking a man to buy you a snack, drink, or lunch is never a good idea. Trust me, if a man is willing to buy a drink for you, he will do it. Expecting or asking is one the fastest ways to guarantee that you will be dining or drinking alone. Forget about those old stereotypes. Don’t expect him to pay for meals.

Remember, if you don’t have a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, it’s not the end of the world. You can still have a lot of fun and share your love with your family and friends.

5 SECRETS WOMEN NEVER TELL THEIR MEN

I must tell you that there are quite a few secrets women keep from men. Men aren’t the only ones who hide things from us, we do it too. Some of these things women usually keep secret might hurt their partner’s feelings and that’s why they prefer to hide them from their loved ones. Below are few secrets women keep from their men;

1. We want men to take initiative; It is a very important thing. We do not like to take care, to plan and to do all sorts of things by ourselves. We want men to take initiative. Though, we never tell about it, you should know that it is important that you carry out some difficult tasks or surprise us. When a man takes initiative it means that he is involved, that he is attentive and caring. Do it more often, no matter what kind of thing it is – list of stuff to buy, or prepare dinner, or plan your next holiday.

2. We want to be surprised more often; All women go crazy with surprises, so we secretly dream about our partner to show his creativity and to astonish us as frequently as possible. Even a small unexpected sweet trifle will make a woman feel special and loved. It shouldn’t be an expensive gift, simply showing your initiative, concern and deep affection are priceless. It is not difficult, just be open and careful to your lady. When she realizes the fact that some effort has been taken to make her feel happy, you will be soon rewarded.

3. We are afraid that another women attract him more; It is a hidden fear among most women that other women in their man`s life, coworkers or female friends, may attract him more. The reason for it is quite simple, we all want to have something that we can`t have. So women are afraid that their man`s heart may be stolen or he will start fantasizing about another woman. There is nothing worse for a woman than that.

4. We want men to be sincere; Every person wants his\her partner to be always open and sincere no matter what. Nobody likes being fooled. And, of course, women are no exception. We can forgive a lot of things but not lies. Irrespective of the situation or how bad your fault is, a woman will always hear you out and even help you to solve the problem.

5. We notice and understand body language;
Women are known to have a sixth sense, especially if it concerns relationships. We always notice and analyze all small details in another person, and that includes body language of our partners. So we usually are aware of his sympathy to a colleague, which we have never met. Once we notice something suspicious, it starts bothering us, though we may not be even aware of what exactly annoys us. And if a woman suspects something, she will be very upset when her man doesn`t spend time with her but stays in the office.

GREAT BEAUTY HABIT TO TRY

We all want to look our best every day, but sometimes we take on bad habits that keep us from it. We know we should avoid smoking, staying in the sun too long, and eating junk food, but that isn’t enough. Here are 10 great beauty habits you should work into your daily life:

1. Keep Makeup Light; Unless you’re going to the Academy Awards, there’s no reason to cake on the makeup, especially during the day. Not only does heavy makeup look unnatural, it’s bad for your skin. If you’re constantly clogging your pores with thick foundation and concealer, your skin will look tired and greasy. Clogged pores look dull and cause breakouts. Putting too much eye makeup on can cause wrinkles because you’re constantly pulling on the delicate skin around your eyes. Reduce the amount of makeup you apply every day, and consider taking 1 or 2 days off from makeup each week to give your skin a break.

2. Pat On Concealer;
Concealer is heavy makeup that won’t look right if too much is smeared on. Pat it lightly into your skin, and always use your pinky finger when applying concealer around your eyes. This way you will get maximum coverage with the least amount of product.

3. Never Overdo Lips and Eyes at the Same Time; Sometimes you might want to make a statement. A smokey eye or new bright eye shadow colors can look great if it’s done right. Bright red lipstick or bright pink color can be equally attractive, but if you do both at the same time, your entire look will be off balance. Stick with one or the other.

4. Clarify Your Hair Once and a While; You could be having a week full of great hair days only to end with a day of limp, scraggly hair. The perfect shampoo and conditioner just don’t seem to work anymore. Clarifying your hair once and a while with a difference clarifying shampoo might be exactly what you need. Hair products have built up on your hair weighing it down. However, don’t use a clarifying shampoo more than twice a month because it can strip your hair of its natural oils.

5. Switch Products Every so Often; Sometimes you don’t need to clarify your hair. Switching hair products give a similar result without the drying effects. Have 2 or three different shampoos and conditioners on hand to keep your hair looking fresh. Do the same with other products such as skin care products or makeup. Sometimes your body just needs a change to start looking its best again

6. Wash Off all Makeup Every Night; At night after a long day, it can be tempting to just fall asleep without washing the layer of makeup on your face. Don’t do this. Leaving the makeup on will not only stain your pillow case, it will suffocate your skin as well. It could cause acne and other inflammation. Clean your face every night with a good makeup remover or wash your face with a cleansing oil. Makeup removing clothes also work well and are easy to use.

7. Test Out Makeup Before Buying;
If you buy a makeup product that doesn’t work for you, it would be wasteful to throw it out or stick it in the back of your drawer and never use it. Even if you decide to wear it anyway, you won’t look as great as you could. Whenever possible, test out makeup at the store before you buy it. If you can’t test it in the store, find a friend, maybe the one who recommended it to you, who already has the makeup and try it out. Test out foundation and concealer on the back of your hand. You can see how it matches your skin and test coverage and durability.

8. Wear Sunscreen; Age spots can be covered up with makeup, but wrinkles are hard to mask. Both signs of visible aging can be prevented or at least postponed by wearing sunscreen. If you don’t like wearing sunscreen, look for makeup with sunscreen in it or always wear a large brimmed hat when you go outdoors. Sunglasses are also important to protect your eyes from UV rays.

9. Use Scrubs and Clay Masks; Dull skin is most often caused by dirt and dead skin cells sitting on top of your skin. Use a scrub at least twice a month to gently scrub off the gunk that a regular cleaner can’t clear off. Use a clay mask once or twice a month to shrink your pores and draw out toxins. Bentonite clay is great for facial masks.

10. Follow a Healthy Diet; The most important beauty habit you can develop to keep your hair, skin, nails, and face looking their best is to follow a healthy diet. Drink 64 ounces of water a day, get plenty of vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and proteins, and keep the junk out of your diet whenever possible. A healthy diet starts from the inside.

Looking beautiful everyday takes work, but it can be achieved with great results without taking on much more work.

NEVER LOOSE YOUR CHILDHOOD FRIENDS

Keeping in touch with your childhood best friends can be a wonderful decision. Not only will you have someone who understands you better than most, you’ll have forged a very special relationship. Childhood best friends have a unique perspective on your life, and understand you in special ways. Your favorite games and pranks may be long gone, but your mutual trust and support remains. Everyone has a friend during each stage of life but only lucky ones have the same friend in all stages of life.

They make us keep a childlike trust; Nothing is quite as pure as childhood trust. Childhood best friends teach us how important a genuine friendship is.

They ignored your awkward stage; Childhood best friends inherently know how important it is to ignore awkward qualities. After all, they helped you through those tricky preteen years.

They know your family; Childhood best friends also know your quirks and struggles better than anyone, since they’ve spent a lot of time with your family.

They know your hometown; Likewise, your childhood best friends are likely from the same hometown. This means they’ve seen how far you’ve come, so you don’t have to explain it.

They support you no matter what;
Childhood best friends understand how to be supportive, since they saw you through some of your most turbulent years.

They push you to be better; At the same time, however, childhood best friends always know when we need a little push to be our best.

They get you through challenges;
Childhood best friends also understand what it takes to overcome some of the toughest challenges in life. From awkward moments to heartbreaks, your childhood best friends are there through it all.

They’ve shared true bonding experiences with you;
This means your childhood best friends have bonds with you that other people will likely never come close to.

You never need to give them a summary of your life;
You never need to waste time explaining your life, because your childhood best friend lived it, too.

They never make you feel embarrassed;
And since they’ve been there through it all, they know how to not embarrass you. You’ve done enough of that on your own

Their house is your house; Childhood best friends know they can walk in without knocking, and you know you can do the same at your place.

They’re like an extra memory bank;
Childhood best friends understand the importance of telling a story right, and will always fill in the blanks when you forget details.

Similarly, Childhood best friends are always there when you need to get sweet recollections or regretful memory about the good old days.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP vs UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Healthy relationships involve sincerity while unhealthy relationships involve manipulation. Do you believe a person truly loves you? Before even giving a nod to a serious relationship, it would be wise to analyze whether the thing you are getting into is worthwhile. He who says he loves you can even be a victim of his own feelings or desires. For all you know he might be confused with his own feelings. So, it’s good to do a thorough analysis before making this big decision in an area of your life that is super sensitive.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Healthy relationship are based on the belief that both partners are equal, that power and control in the relationship are equally shared while There is not only verbal, physical, and emotional abuse,in an unhealthy relationship but also an unequal balance of power, in which only one person gets his/her needs met.

1. REAL GIVING vs. GIVING TO GET;
A healthy relationship gives without expecting anything in return. It freely gives. An unhealthy relationship gives in order to get something in return. In a healthy relationship, trust is the main force in operation. By hook or by crook you got each others back. Your best interest is always at the forefront. If what you have is true love, both of you are willing to say to the other, “I’ve got you covered.” You totally trust each other. You can relax and not worry about the relationship, because you know your partner will never betray you. On the contrary, an unhealthy relationship rarely gives without expecting a return on investment; there’s always a price to pay for something that is given. When it gives, it expects a boomerang of benefits.

2. ACCEPTING vs.WANTING TO CHANGE YOUR PARTNER;
A healthy relationship involves accepting the other person, wholeheartedly. It works hard to discover who the other person really is, so she can love that person in an all encompassing way. An unhealthy relationship, in contrast, seeks to change the opposite end of the relationship. It wants the other person to conform to his wants and needs. It is the kind of relationship where controlling is the main purpose, and it controls in order to get the satisfaction it seeks.

3. GENIUE DESIRE vs. PUSHING YOUR PARTNER
An unhealthy relationship uses guilt to get what it wants. It pushes you to feel guilt. That way, it can demand things it wants from you. In this kind of relationship you don’t give freely. You give because you need to. In a healthy relationship, you give because you genuinely desire to take care of your partner’s needs. You have a genuine desire to satisfy your partner.

4. EXPOSURE vs. PROTECTING PRIVACY;
In a healthy relationship, you go the extra mile to cover for your partners weaknesses. You treat your partner’s dark areas as sacred matters, not to be divulged for any reason and to anybody. Here, private aspects of the intimate partnership are deliberately created in order to strengthen the relationship; you don’t reveal private details to anyone, even if they are family, or very close friends. What you possess as a couple is only for you two. You treat those moments and details like governments treat classified or top secret documents. You treasure each other’s contributions to the relationship. In a tainted love, negative attributes of a partner become a source of nasty jokes — even intimate moments like kissing are shared to any person willing to listen.

5. REVENGE vs. RESTORATION
Arguments and lovers’ quarrels are a way to strengthen a relationship. How? By using the fights to get to know the other person more intimately, you gain insight into how the other partner can be served much better, rather than use the fights as a way to gather ammunition to control or hurt the other person in future. By getting to know the other person, you will gain knowledge on how to restore your bond. In comparison, an unhealthy relationship is vengeful and fights will manufacture rejection, blaming, or even oppression.

6. SELF- CENTERDNESS vs. SHARED DREAMS;
True love transforms two individuals into one real union. Upon forming a relationship, they make dreams together  the fruit of which, as a natural consequence, is the creation of fresh goals that are unified and that aim for one another’s well being. The unhealthy relationship, on the contrary, demands that you give up your personal dreams. It will not help you make them a reality; this kind of relationship doesn’t give rather, it steals.

Each and every one of us deserves to feel safe, valued, and cared for. Also, by treating yourself with self-respect and believing in your right to be treated well, you are taking important steps towards developing equitable, mutually fulfilling ties in the future.

BORED? WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE NO FRIEND

Hi there,

If you have no friends, it feels like you’ll be lonely for life. Of course, that’s not true. You can still make new friends, even if you find yourself in a situation with no friend. This happens when you move to a new city, break up with someone that was your only friend and lover, or make important changes in your lifestyle.

WHY DO I HAVE NO FRIENDS???

1.Temperament – Are you shy and uncomfortable around people? This can make people around you feel uncomfortable too.

2.Insecurity - Do you feel like you can’t measure up to the people you want as friends? Are you able to trust other people? These may be barriers that create distance between you and your friends.

3.Preference – Are you introverted? When push comes to shove, do you actually prefer being alone rather than spending time with friends? Do you think people know this when they’re around you? Or, are you extraordinarily social—so preoccupied with making lots of acquaintances that you lose out on making close friendships?

4.Lack of Experience – Regardless of age, some people lack the skills needed to make and maintain friendships. Do you think you have what it takes to be a good friend?

5.Personality – Is there something about you that others find grating? Are you too needy? Too pushy? Too talkative? Too controlling? Are you fiercely independent—wanting to call all the shots regarding what, when and where? Sometimes, there is something off-putting about a person’s behavior and the individual lacks awareness of the problem.

WHAT TO DO THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM BEING LONELY TO HAVING THE FRIENDS YOU WANT

1. Understand Loneliness and Shyness

2. Learn to make friends and build your social circles

3. Master conversation and social skills

4. Boost your self esteem.

5. Know you are not alone.

Build trust gradually, take it slow and accept your new friend as they are.

I'm a green tea drinker, not for the love of the taste......I drink it because I was told its good for my tummy. In fact it has a whole host of other health benefits.

TIPS TO CURE BAD BREATH

Whether it's a fleeting case of morning breath or a lingering about with halitosis(bad breath), everyone has bad breath sometimes.

Bad breath is due to something in the lungs or gastrointestinal tract, or to a systemic infection. Some health problems, such as sinus infections or diabetes, can also cause bad breath. And sometimes it just comes down to what you ate for dinner. Below are ten tips to cure bad breath;

1.Brush and floss;Your best defense is to brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, and floss once a day. This will help remove the food trapped between your teeth, as well as the food trapped in the gum line.

2.Clean Your Tongue;The rough surface of the tongue is home to a potentially foul-smelling combination of dead cells, food debris, bacteria and the byproducts of bacterial digestion -- factors that all contribute to less-than-fresh breath. Be sure to brush your tongue with your toothbrush after you brush your teeth.

3.Wet Your Whistle; To keep your saliva flowing throughout the day, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.You also could stimulate saliva production by sucking on a mint or chewing gum

4. Don't Rely on Mints; A mint or piece of chewing gum simply won't kill the bacteria that cause mouth odor. Plus, if the mint or gum contains sugar, it will act as a buffet for the bacteria in your mouth.

5. Know the Culinary Culprits; The foods you eat can exert a lot of influence on the way your breath smells.

6.Rinse After Eating and Drinking;
Rinse your mouth with plain water after drinking it. This will help re-balance your mouth's pH levels. Rinsing with water also works after meals -- no matter what you've eaten.

7. Use Nature's Cures;
If you're serious about combating bad breath, chase your meal with green tea or sip it throughout the day. Green tea helps keep your breath fresh because it has antibacterial compounds that fight the germs in your mouth.

8. Eat to smell sweet;
There are certain foods that smell good and that make your breath smell good, too. Take fruits high in vitamin C, for example, Melons, berries and citrus fruits such as oranges are packed with vitamin C, something that doesn't sit well with the bacteria in your mouth.

9. Skip the Cigarettes;
People who smoke cigarettes are more likely to experience oral infections and disease. In addition, they often have a plaque buildup on their teeth, and plaque is an ideal place to harbor odor-causing bacteria. Plus, smoking tends to dry out the mouth.

10. Visit Your Dentist;
One of the most common causes of persistent bad breath is also one of the most overlooked: a lack of regularly scheduled visits to your dentist. Children and adults should have a professional cleaning regularly at least twice a year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY MOTHER

 Hello lovely people, how y'all doing and hope you enjoying  the new month?? yaay, its few days to valentine's day but today am celebrating my mother.....am putting up this post for her.

Dear Mum,

Growing up is a task for me, and still is but if you didn't give birth to me, I would never be.
There’s no bond quite like that between mother and child. You know me in ways no one else ever will. You also see in me all the things I can still become and continue having faith that I can do and be whatever I want. You are my biggest fan, my mentor, my confidant, my hero, my turn-to person when my world comes crashing down and the first person I call to tell when things are going great. The comfort that comes from our friendship, the confidence that your faith in me instills, and your unquestioning support of whatever I do, is irreplaceable. The kind of there-for-me that you are is the very essence of what makes a great mother. I wear your unconditional love and support around me like a big hug every single day.

I am what I am today, only because you were there for me all these years. I wouldn't be half the person I am today if you had not showered me with your wise advice and love .

I am so blessed to have you in my life. I’ve probably said it before you are my angel on earth. Thank you for always, always being at my side and having my back. No one is in my corner quite the way you are. I treasure you, mother, and love you more than life itself. You are an amazing soul ever ready to learn something new, always open to differing opinions, and so compassionate and kind. You have always taught by example. I hope you break 100 with good health and a strong mind. There will never be a day in my life when I won’t need you. I’m here for you too. Please remember that.

Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday, mom. You make the world a better place.
Love always mum,
Your daughter,
Misskharfee.

I am proud you are my mother, and am your daughter.

LESSON I LEARNED FROM MY JOB-HUNTING EXPERIENCE

Among the many ironies of the so-called ‘real world’ is not getting the job when I knew I gave my best interview.

Today, am sharing with you the lessons I’ve learned in my personal job-hunting experiences

 1. Networking

 2.
You cannot give up.

 3. First impression matters alot.

 4. Read the instructions well when taking exams.

 5. Dress up for the job but do not sacrifice comfort.

 6. Make friends with other applicants.

 7. Have copies of your resume printed and ready to be distributed.

 8. Have your interview outfit dry cleaned and wrinkle free.

 9. Don’t just rehearse answering the basic questions; anticipate the trivial ones.

10. Remember that at the end of the day, the person who will interview you is human.

Show up for the interview on time, make eye contact, shake people’s hands firmly, dress sharp, and do your homework. What the interviewer will say about you may not be within your control but you can definitely do something to earn brownie points.

Relax, it’s just an interview.

Everyone has their own personal experience with the job hunting process, share with me your experience.....see ya.
