FIND YOUR LOVE BEFORE VALENTINE DAY

If you are one of those people who can’t stand loneliness and the thought of Valentine’s Day makes you feel sad or discouraged, you may want to know some quick ways to find your love before or on Valentine’s Day.

1. Be open; It’s extremely difficult for men to get a woman’s attention when she is not open. If you want to find your love before or on Valentine’s Day, try to be open to conversation. Smile, build the eye contact and don’t play hard to get.

2. Leave something to the imagination; When it comes to conversation on the first date, don’t talk about your exes, learning and job! I know most men appreciate an accomplished, successful woman, but don’t run down your resume at the first meeting! It can make you seem uptight or make a man intimidated.

3. Take things slow; Perhaps you are getting older and older and you don’t have time for playing flirty games and wasting your time, but asking lots of questions and telling about your wedding plans during a first date conversation is never a win-win solution. People always share information with those they’re comfortable with. In fact, it can take several dates to figure out that the person isn’t for you.

4. Look beyond the physical appearance; Another thing to remember when you are trying to find your love before Valentine’s Day is to look beyond physical appearance. Try to ditch the weight, height and physical appearance requirements. If you really enjoyed the conversation with a man, and he’d like to continue the conversation over a meal, or on the phone, let him do so. Handsome guys are lovely, but they don’t make good partners.

5. Don’t expect him to pay for you; Asking a man to buy you a snack, drink, or lunch is never a good idea. Trust me, if a man is willing to buy a drink for you, he will do it. Expecting or asking is one the fastest ways to guarantee that you will be dining or drinking alone. Forget about those old stereotypes. Don’t expect him to pay for meals.

Remember, if you don’t have a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day, it’s not the end of the world. You can still have a lot of fun and share your love with your family and friends.

5 SECRETS WOMEN NEVER TELL THEIR MEN

I must tell you that there are quite a few secrets women keep from men. Men aren’t the only ones who hide things from us, we do it too. Some of these things women usually keep secret might hurt their partner’s feelings and that’s why they prefer to hide them from their loved ones. Below are few secrets women keep from their men;

1. We want men to take initiative; It is a very important thing. We do not like to take care, to plan and to do all sorts of things by ourselves. We want men to take initiative. Though, we never tell about it, you should know that it is important that you carry out some difficult tasks or surprise us. When a man takes initiative it means that he is involved, that he is attentive and caring. Do it more often, no matter what kind of thing it is – list of stuff to buy, or prepare dinner, or plan your next holiday.

2. We want to be surprised more often; All women go crazy with surprises, so we secretly dream about our partner to show his creativity and to astonish us as frequently as possible. Even a small unexpected sweet trifle will make a woman feel special and loved. It shouldn’t be an expensive gift, simply showing your initiative, concern and deep affection are priceless. It is not difficult, just be open and careful to your lady. When she realizes the fact that some effort has been taken to make her feel happy, you will be soon rewarded.

3. We are afraid that another women attract him more; It is a hidden fear among most women that other women in their man`s life, coworkers or female friends, may attract him more. The reason for it is quite simple, we all want to have something that we can`t have. So women are afraid that their man`s heart may be stolen or he will start fantasizing about another woman. There is nothing worse for a woman than that.

4. We want men to be sincere; Every person wants his\her partner to be always open and sincere no matter what. Nobody likes being fooled. And, of course, women are no exception. We can forgive a lot of things but not lies. Irrespective of the situation or how bad your fault is, a woman will always hear you out and even help you to solve the problem.

5. We notice and understand body language;
Women are known to have a sixth sense, especially if it concerns relationships. We always notice and analyze all small details in another person, and that includes body language of our partners. So we usually are aware of his sympathy to a colleague, which we have never met. Once we notice something suspicious, it starts bothering us, though we may not be even aware of what exactly annoys us. And if a woman suspects something, she will be very upset when her man doesn`t spend time with her but stays in the office.

GREAT BEAUTY HABIT TO TRY

We all want to look our best every day, but sometimes we take on bad habits that keep us from it. We know we should avoid smoking, staying in the sun too long, and eating junk food, but that isn’t enough. Here are 10 great beauty habits you should work into your daily life:

1. Keep Makeup Light; Unless you’re going to the Academy Awards, there’s no reason to cake on the makeup, especially during the day. Not only does heavy makeup look unnatural, it’s bad for your skin. If you’re constantly clogging your pores with thick foundation and concealer, your skin will look tired and greasy. Clogged pores look dull and cause breakouts. Putting too much eye makeup on can cause wrinkles because you’re constantly pulling on the delicate skin around your eyes. Reduce the amount of makeup you apply every day, and consider taking 1 or 2 days off from makeup each week to give your skin a break.

2. Pat On Concealer;
Concealer is heavy makeup that won’t look right if too much is smeared on. Pat it lightly into your skin, and always use your pinky finger when applying concealer around your eyes. This way you will get maximum coverage with the least amount of product.

3. Never Overdo Lips and Eyes at the Same Time; Sometimes you might want to make a statement. A smokey eye or new bright eye shadow colors can look great if it’s done right. Bright red lipstick or bright pink color can be equally attractive, but if you do both at the same time, your entire look will be off balance. Stick with one or the other.

4. Clarify Your Hair Once and a While; You could be having a week full of great hair days only to end with a day of limp, scraggly hair. The perfect shampoo and conditioner just don’t seem to work anymore. Clarifying your hair once and a while with a difference clarifying shampoo might be exactly what you need. Hair products have built up on your hair weighing it down. However, don’t use a clarifying shampoo more than twice a month because it can strip your hair of its natural oils.

5. Switch Products Every so Often; Sometimes you don’t need to clarify your hair. Switching hair products give a similar result without the drying effects. Have 2 or three different shampoos and conditioners on hand to keep your hair looking fresh. Do the same with other products such as skin care products or makeup. Sometimes your body just needs a change to start looking its best again

6. Wash Off all Makeup Every Night; At night after a long day, it can be tempting to just fall asleep without washing the layer of makeup on your face. Don’t do this. Leaving the makeup on will not only stain your pillow case, it will suffocate your skin as well. It could cause acne and other inflammation. Clean your face every night with a good makeup remover or wash your face with a cleansing oil. Makeup removing clothes also work well and are easy to use.

7. Test Out Makeup Before Buying;
If you buy a makeup product that doesn’t work for you, it would be wasteful to throw it out or stick it in the back of your drawer and never use it. Even if you decide to wear it anyway, you won’t look as great as you could. Whenever possible, test out makeup at the store before you buy it. If you can’t test it in the store, find a friend, maybe the one who recommended it to you, who already has the makeup and try it out. Test out foundation and concealer on the back of your hand. You can see how it matches your skin and test coverage and durability.

8. Wear Sunscreen; Age spots can be covered up with makeup, but wrinkles are hard to mask. Both signs of visible aging can be prevented or at least postponed by wearing sunscreen. If you don’t like wearing sunscreen, look for makeup with sunscreen in it or always wear a large brimmed hat when you go outdoors. Sunglasses are also important to protect your eyes from UV rays.

9. Use Scrubs and Clay Masks; Dull skin is most often caused by dirt and dead skin cells sitting on top of your skin. Use a scrub at least twice a month to gently scrub off the gunk that a regular cleaner can’t clear off. Use a clay mask once or twice a month to shrink your pores and draw out toxins. Bentonite clay is great for facial masks.

10. Follow a Healthy Diet; The most important beauty habit you can develop to keep your hair, skin, nails, and face looking their best is to follow a healthy diet. Drink 64 ounces of water a day, get plenty of vegetables, fruits, healthy fats, and proteins, and keep the junk out of your diet whenever possible. A healthy diet starts from the inside.

Looking beautiful everyday takes work, but it can be achieved with great results without taking on much more work.

NEVER LOOSE YOUR CHILDHOOD FRIENDS

Keeping in touch with your childhood best friends can be a wonderful decision. Not only will you have someone who understands you better than most, you’ll have forged a very special relationship. Childhood best friends have a unique perspective on your life, and understand you in special ways. Your favorite games and pranks may be long gone, but your mutual trust and support remains. Everyone has a friend during each stage of life but only lucky ones have the same friend in all stages of life.

They make us keep a childlike trust; Nothing is quite as pure as childhood trust. Childhood best friends teach us how important a genuine friendship is.

They ignored your awkward stage; Childhood best friends inherently know how important it is to ignore awkward qualities. After all, they helped you through those tricky preteen years.

They know your family; Childhood best friends also know your quirks and struggles better than anyone, since they’ve spent a lot of time with your family.

They know your hometown; Likewise, your childhood best friends are likely from the same hometown. This means they’ve seen how far you’ve come, so you don’t have to explain it.

They support you no matter what;
Childhood best friends understand how to be supportive, since they saw you through some of your most turbulent years.

They push you to be better; At the same time, however, childhood best friends always know when we need a little push to be our best.

They get you through challenges;
Childhood best friends also understand what it takes to overcome some of the toughest challenges in life. From awkward moments to heartbreaks, your childhood best friends are there through it all.

They’ve shared true bonding experiences with you;
This means your childhood best friends have bonds with you that other people will likely never come close to.

You never need to give them a summary of your life;
You never need to waste time explaining your life, because your childhood best friend lived it, too.

They never make you feel embarrassed;
And since they’ve been there through it all, they know how to not embarrass you. You’ve done enough of that on your own

Their house is your house; Childhood best friends know they can walk in without knocking, and you know you can do the same at your place.

They’re like an extra memory bank;
Childhood best friends understand the importance of telling a story right, and will always fill in the blanks when you forget details.

Similarly, Childhood best friends are always there when you need to get sweet recollections or regretful memory about the good old days.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP vs UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Healthy relationships involve sincerity while unhealthy relationships involve manipulation. Do you believe a person truly loves you? Before even giving a nod to a serious relationship, it would be wise to analyze whether the thing you are getting into is worthwhile. He who says he loves you can even be a victim of his own feelings or desires. For all you know he might be confused with his own feelings. So, it’s good to do a thorough analysis before making this big decision in an area of your life that is super sensitive.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP

Healthy relationship are based on the belief that both partners are equal, that power and control in the relationship are equally shared while There is not only verbal, physical, and emotional abuse,in an unhealthy relationship but also an unequal balance of power, in which only one person gets his/her needs met.

1. REAL GIVING vs. GIVING TO GET;
A healthy relationship gives without expecting anything in return. It freely gives. An unhealthy relationship gives in order to get something in return. In a healthy relationship, trust is the main force in operation. By hook or by crook you got each others back. Your best interest is always at the forefront. If what you have is true love, both of you are willing to say to the other, “I’ve got you covered.” You totally trust each other. You can relax and not worry about the relationship, because you know your partner will never betray you. On the contrary, an unhealthy relationship rarely gives without expecting a return on investment; there’s always a price to pay for something that is given. When it gives, it expects a boomerang of benefits.

2. ACCEPTING vs.WANTING TO CHANGE YOUR PARTNER;
A healthy relationship involves accepting the other person, wholeheartedly. It works hard to discover who the other person really is, so she can love that person in an all encompassing way. An unhealthy relationship, in contrast, seeks to change the opposite end of the relationship. It wants the other person to conform to his wants and needs. It is the kind of relationship where controlling is the main purpose, and it controls in order to get the satisfaction it seeks.

3. GENIUE DESIRE vs. PUSHING YOUR PARTNER
An unhealthy relationship uses guilt to get what it wants. It pushes you to feel guilt. That way, it can demand things it wants from you. In this kind of relationship you don’t give freely. You give because you need to. In a healthy relationship, you give because you genuinely desire to take care of your partner’s needs. You have a genuine desire to satisfy your partner.

4. EXPOSURE vs. PROTECTING PRIVACY;
In a healthy relationship, you go the extra mile to cover for your partners weaknesses. You treat your partner’s dark areas as sacred matters, not to be divulged for any reason and to anybody. Here, private aspects of the intimate partnership are deliberately created in order to strengthen the relationship; you don’t reveal private details to anyone, even if they are family, or very close friends. What you possess as a couple is only for you two. You treat those moments and details like governments treat classified or top secret documents. You treasure each other’s contributions to the relationship. In a tainted love, negative attributes of a partner become a source of nasty jokes — even intimate moments like kissing are shared to any person willing to listen.

5. REVENGE vs. RESTORATION
Arguments and lovers’ quarrels are a way to strengthen a relationship. How? By using the fights to get to know the other person more intimately, you gain insight into how the other partner can be served much better, rather than use the fights as a way to gather ammunition to control or hurt the other person in future. By getting to know the other person, you will gain knowledge on how to restore your bond. In comparison, an unhealthy relationship is vengeful and fights will manufacture rejection, blaming, or even oppression.

6. SELF- CENTERDNESS vs. SHARED DREAMS;
True love transforms two individuals into one real union. Upon forming a relationship, they make dreams together  the fruit of which, as a natural consequence, is the creation of fresh goals that are unified and that aim for one another’s well being. The unhealthy relationship, on the contrary, demands that you give up your personal dreams. It will not help you make them a reality; this kind of relationship doesn’t give rather, it steals.

Each and every one of us deserves to feel safe, valued, and cared for. Also, by treating yourself with self-respect and believing in your right to be treated well, you are taking important steps towards developing equitable, mutually fulfilling ties in the future.

BORED? WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE NO FRIEND

Hi there,

If you have no friends, it feels like you’ll be lonely for life. Of course, that’s not true. You can still make new friends, even if you find yourself in a situation with no friend. This happens when you move to a new city, break up with someone that was your only friend and lover, or make important changes in your lifestyle.

WHY DO I HAVE NO FRIENDS???

1.Temperament – Are you shy and uncomfortable around people? This can make people around you feel uncomfortable too.

2.Insecurity - Do you feel like you can’t measure up to the people you want as friends? Are you able to trust other people? These may be barriers that create distance between you and your friends.

3.Preference – Are you introverted? When push comes to shove, do you actually prefer being alone rather than spending time with friends? Do you think people know this when they’re around you? Or, are you extraordinarily social—so preoccupied with making lots of acquaintances that you lose out on making close friendships?

4.Lack of Experience – Regardless of age, some people lack the skills needed to make and maintain friendships. Do you think you have what it takes to be a good friend?

5.Personality – Is there something about you that others find grating? Are you too needy? Too pushy? Too talkative? Too controlling? Are you fiercely independent—wanting to call all the shots regarding what, when and where? Sometimes, there is something off-putting about a person’s behavior and the individual lacks awareness of the problem.

WHAT TO DO THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM BEING LONELY TO HAVING THE FRIENDS YOU WANT

1. Understand Loneliness and Shyness

2. Learn to make friends and build your social circles

3. Master conversation and social skills

4. Boost your self esteem.

5. Know you are not alone.

Build trust gradually, take it slow and accept your new friend as they are.

green tea

I'm a green tea drinker, not for the love of the taste......I drink it because I was told its good for my tummy. In fact it has a whole host of other health benefits.

TIPS TO CURE BAD BREATH

Whether it's a fleeting case of morning breath or a lingering about with halitosis(bad breath), everyone has bad breath sometimes.

Bad breath is due to something in the lungs or gastrointestinal tract, or to a systemic infection. Some health problems, such as sinus infections or diabetes, can also cause bad breath. And sometimes it just comes down to what you ate for dinner. Below are ten tips to cure bad breath;

1.Brush and floss;Your best defense is to brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, and floss once a day. This will help remove the food trapped between your teeth, as well as the food trapped in the gum line.

2.Clean Your Tongue;The rough surface of the tongue is home to a potentially foul-smelling combination of dead cells, food debris, bacteria and the byproducts of bacterial digestion -- factors that all contribute to less-than-fresh breath. Be sure to brush your tongue with your toothbrush after you brush your teeth.

3.Wet Your Whistle; To keep your saliva flowing throughout the day, stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.You also could stimulate saliva production by sucking on a mint or chewing gum

4. Don't Rely on Mints; A mint or piece of chewing gum simply won't kill the bacteria that cause mouth odor. Plus, if the mint or gum contains sugar, it will act as a buffet for the bacteria in your mouth.

5. Know the Culinary Culprits; The foods you eat can exert a lot of influence on the way your breath smells.

6.Rinse After Eating and Drinking;
Rinse your mouth with plain water after drinking it. This will help re-balance your mouth's pH levels. Rinsing with water also works after meals -- no matter what you've eaten.

7. Use Nature's Cures;
If you're serious about combating bad breath, chase your meal with green tea or sip it throughout the day. Green tea helps keep your breath fresh because it has antibacterial compounds that fight the germs in your mouth.

8. Eat to smell sweet;
There are certain foods that smell good and that make your breath smell good, too. Take fruits high in vitamin C, for example, Melons, berries and citrus fruits such as oranges are packed with vitamin C, something that doesn't sit well with the bacteria in your mouth.

9. Skip the Cigarettes;
People who smoke cigarettes are more likely to experience oral infections and disease. In addition, they often have a plaque buildup on their teeth, and plaque is an ideal place to harbor odor-causing bacteria. Plus, smoking tends to dry out the mouth.

10. Visit Your Dentist;
One of the most common causes of persistent bad breath is also one of the most overlooked: a lack of regularly scheduled visits to your dentist. Children and adults should have a professional cleaning regularly at least twice a year.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY MOTHER

 Hello lovely people, how y'all doing and hope you enjoying  the new month?? yaay, its few days to valentine's day but today am celebrating my mother.....am putting up this post for her.

Dear Mum,

Growing up is a task for me, and still is but if you didn't give birth to me, I would never be.
There’s no bond quite like that between mother and child. You know me in ways no one else ever will. You also see in me all the things I can still become and continue having faith that I can do and be whatever I want. You are my biggest fan, my mentor, my confidant, my hero, my turn-to person when my world comes crashing down and the first person I call to tell when things are going great. The comfort that comes from our friendship, the confidence that your faith in me instills, and your unquestioning support of whatever I do, is irreplaceable. The kind of there-for-me that you are is the very essence of what makes a great mother. I wear your unconditional love and support around me like a big hug every single day.

I am what I am today, only because you were there for me all these years. I wouldn't be half the person I am today if you had not showered me with your wise advice and love .

I am so blessed to have you in my life. I’ve probably said it before you are my angel on earth. Thank you for always, always being at my side and having my back. No one is in my corner quite the way you are. I treasure you, mother, and love you more than life itself. You are an amazing soul ever ready to learn something new, always open to differing opinions, and so compassionate and kind. You have always taught by example. I hope you break 100 with good health and a strong mind. There will never be a day in my life when I won’t need you. I’m here for you too. Please remember that.

Happy, Happy, Happy Birthday, mom. You make the world a better place.
Love always mum,
Your daughter,
Misskharfee.

I am proud you are my mother, and am your daughter.

LESSON I LEARNED FROM MY JOB-HUNTING EXPERIENCE

Among the many ironies of the so-called ‘real world’ is not getting the job when I knew I gave my best interview.

Today, am sharing with you the lessons I’ve learned in my personal job-hunting experiences

 1. Networking

 2.
You cannot give up.

 3. First impression matters alot.

 4. Read the instructions well when taking exams.

 5. Dress up for the job but do not sacrifice comfort.

 6. Make friends with other applicants.

 7. Have copies of your resume printed and ready to be distributed.

 8. Have your interview outfit dry cleaned and wrinkle free.

 9. Don’t just rehearse answering the basic questions; anticipate the trivial ones.

10. Remember that at the end of the day, the person who will interview you is human.

Show up for the interview on time, make eye contact, shake people’s hands firmly, dress sharp, and do your homework. What the interviewer will say about you may not be within your control but you can definitely do something to earn brownie points.

Relax, it’s just an interview.

Everyone has their own personal experience with the job hunting process, share with me your experience.....see ya.

AFTER ASKING MYSELF THESE QUESTIONS, I FEEL HAPPIER

Hello lovelies,

In order to feel happier, I take a look at what I have and should be thankful for, instead of me focusing on what I lack. There are a lot of questions that, when answered, will yield positive results for you. Below are seven things you can ask yourself to feel happier:

1. Am I loved?
I feel happier when I ask myself if I have loved ones in my life. Do you have people around you who truly, deeply care about you and whom you care equally as much about? Our relationships define us, and the quality of those relationships is in many way synonymous with the quality of our lives. Don’t settle for toxic friendships or unhealthy companionship; you deserve better than that. Build and maintain the positive relationships in your life to feel happier.

2. Am I depended on?
When I’m thinking about the level of trust and faith others have in me, I feel a lot happier. Is there anyone that asks you for advice? That looks up to you? That needs your guidance? It’s nice to know you’re needed, and chances are that you’re needed by at least someone. Even if pessimism and self-doubt is more natural to you, try your best not underestimate your worth. Remind yourself of the people who depend on you and take pride in trying to live up to their expectations. When you meet them, and especially when you exceed them, your spirits will soar.

3. Am I without hope?
A negative question can sometimes lead to positive emotions. When you straight up ask yourself if things are hopeless, you’ll have a lot of trouble giving a definitive yes. You’ll start to think about all the reasons you have to say no to the question, reminding you of the hopeful things in your life.

4. How far have I come from ______?
Think about your lowest point, even if doing so is uncomfortable. Then think about how far you’ve come from there. If you’re in a rut, remember how you’ve had it worse than you do now, and how all signs indicate that things will turn around this time, too.

5. Do I have options?
A lot of people’s decisions are made for them. They’re stuck at a dead-end job, trapped in debt, or bound by something equally constricting. Even if one of those situations applies to you, focus on the constrictions you don’t have that a lot of others are unfortunately held back by. I feel happier when I consider how many doors are open to me. Even if everything seems closed, you just have to keep looking. If you’re creative and persistent enough, you’ll find an opening into a better, more fulfilling life.

6. What am I thankful for?
You don’t have to limit this question to Thanksgiving dinners; it’s one of the best things you can ask yourself all year. I feel happier when I consider what specifics I should be grateful for in my life.

If you don’t immediately dwell on the negative you’ll quickly compile a healthy list of things you should be grateful for. You can even write them down, so you have a specific thing you can look at to feel happier.

THINGS TO DO TO MAKE AN INTROVERT FEEL LOVED

Extroverts and introverts have different needs. Where extroverts are social creatures, introverts are most certainly not. Extroverts may love small talk, but introverts hate it. It is important to be mindful of these differences so we can treat people well and be sensitive to their needs and feelings. If you know an introvert, do these things to make them feel so loved and appreciated.

1. Send them a meaningful email or chat with them via social network.
If you really want to get to know an introvert, send them an email. Introverts are bored by small talk, but love deep discussions. Most introverts are better writers than speakers. Thus, email trumps every other mode of communication for this personality type.

2. Ask for a table on the outskirts of a restaurant.
If you take an introvert to a packed restaurant, then they could feel uncomfortable due to all that stimulation. Avoid the center of a dining room. Ask the host or hostess if a window seat is available. Being away from the chaos will remove some pressure.

3. Slow down your speaking rate so they have time to process.
If you talk really fast, then you could accidentally overwhelm your introvert friends. Extroverts like to speak as thoughts occur to them. Introverts like to let a thought settle for a moment before they respond. Simply pausing for three seconds will give an introvert time to digest your sentences.

4. Don’t call them “shy” or “antisocial.”
If you label introverts in this way, then you obviously don’t understand them. Most introverts love to meet people. It’s just that while extroverts enjoy small talk, introverts would rather discuss deeper issues in a more intimate setting.

5. Find out what they are passionate about.
If you think an introvert is boring, then you haven’t dug deep enough. Introverts can be profound when you get them talking about their passion or purpose. They might even care about something so intensely that they view everything else as a distraction. And yes, this could make them appear to be aloof at times too.

6. Get comfortable with moments of silence.
If you want to show an introvert you care, do it with silence. It is possible to enjoy the presence of another person without filling the air with meaningless words. Greet a friend with a smile and gentle hug. Get in the car, turn on the radio, and enjoy the music. It’s time to let go of your need for constant conversation.

7. Be quiet during movies and television.
If you can’t resist commenting on every scene of a film, then you will drive introverts insane. Remember that they need silence to process information. Even if they seem quiet, their brain is busy formulating theories about where the story could be going. Save the commentary for after the movie. They will appreciate it.

8. Stop acting like something is “wrong.”
If you try to “fix” an introvert, then it will backfire. This especially occurs when extroverted parents assume something is wrong with their introverted children. They mistakenly label these kids “shy” without truly understanding them. Treating them like a project will only make them feel inferior. Accept them as they are.

9. Don’t leave them hanging at a social event.
If you abandon an introvert at a party, then they won’t be happy. You might be a social butterfly, but your introvert friend isn’t. It was scary enough for them to go to a crowded place where they don’t know anybody. If you leave them by themselves, they will feel highly intimidated, and maybe even go outside where it is less noisy.

10. Do invite them to small group gatherings.
If you think introverts don’t like people, then you’re misunderstood. They might not feel comfortable at a big party, but they typically enjoy low-key gatherings that involve five or less people.This gives introverts opportunity to have deep conversations and make new connections without draining their energy as much as a big party would.

Its impossible to speak for all introverts, Tell us what you would like to add to the list.

EVERY NICE PERSON MUST LEARN THIS

“Nice person” act sweet and nice to get what they want or be viewed in a certain way. Often they do this without even realizing they are doing it. The “nice person” has bought into his/her own lie that he/she(’s) really being a good friend; that he/she treats people better; that he/she cares, while in fact he/she is being phony. And that’s a big problem.

No one wants to feel like they are being manipulated or played by someone who is just acting, nor does anyone want to be known as someone who isn’t true to themselves. That’s where the “nice person” parts ways with the man who happens to be a genuinely nice person.

Are you genuine? Why do you do what you do? Do you truly care or are you just pretending because you want something? “Nice person” are fake, overly sensitive, vulnerable and predictable. Genuinely nice guys are authentic, ambitious, confident, honest and considerate. Here are some lessons every “nice person” should learn:

1. Many people will love and support you, but many others will not.
This will happen no matter how nice and likable you think you are or how hard you try to be. You cannot please everyone. You might as well just be yourself and say and do what works for you. That way you will attract genuine people who like you for who you are.

2. Seeking validation from others invalidates you.
Others’ opinions of you do not have to be your reality. You are as valuable as the next person. The moment you learn that and live by it is the moment you will be free to live the life you were meant to. You are not in this world to live up to your expectations and you’re not in this world to live up to mine. Affirmation might feel nice, but it is not essential.

3. Risk is the only way to change and improve your situation.
You cannot avoid risk without avoiding life. Understand that fact and you will learn the value of using every moment to improve your life and that of the people you care about. Don’t give up your life and surrender your happiness merely because you fear what people will say. Fear of rejection and failure is self-defeating. When it’s time to die, let us not discover that we have never lived.

4. You won’t always get what you want.
It doesn’t matter who you are—you won’t always get what you want in life. Sometimes you will try and fail. People will let you down, stab you in the back, and abandon you. Still, do what your consciences tells you to do, and do it the best way you can. If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again. If things still don’t work out, accept it. Learn from your mistakes and move on. Life’s too short to dwell on the disappointment of not getting your way.

5. Regret hurts far worse than fear.
If you give in to your fears whether it is fear of making a mistake, fear of disappointing others or fear of failing and allow it to stop you from trying, the regret you will feel later in life will be far worse than the fear you have now. Unfortunately, not many “nice person” escape learning this harsh lesson firsthand. It is only when you face your fears, take your chances and risk losing that you truly open the possibility to win.

6. We hurt most the ones we love the most.
This happens even to the best of us because profound love requires reciprocity. As human beings, however, the presence of conflicting perspectives and different needs means we cannot reciprocate profound love completely and exactly as is expected. We are, therefore, likely to hurt those we love the most, and be hurt the most by those who most love us. Learn this lesson now and it will help you cultivate a deeper compassion for yourself and inspire more compassion and understanding for others.

7. The people you’re trying to please so much won’t be around forever.
The support, love and help you get from others can only take you so far. You will have to go the rest of the way if you want to improve your life situation. Fortunately, nobody can transform your life the way you can. Until you know yourself and diligently act from a place of consciousness, you cannot change your situation, touch lives and grow into your truest self. Be bold. Stand on your own two feet and do things for yourself.

8. It may all be over tomorrow.
You never know what is around the corner: a car crash, a heart attack, a layoff; heck… the world could end tomorrow! So, have your priorities right. Spend quality time with loved ones and do things that bring you true joy and happiness: whether it’s making art or trading stocks, be YOU. Don’t be who the world wants you to be. Be a genuinely nice person.

WANNA BE FOREVER RICH? LEARN FROM THESE KIDS WHO ALREADY ARE

There are actually a surprising number of millionaires who haven’t even graduated high school yet. We’re not just talking about Richie Rich here. We’re talking self-made millionaires who aren't even old enough to open a bank account on their own. We’re talking about kids who understand business and how to make money. The mindset starts at a young age. Here are 12 young millionaires we can learn from;

1. Christian Owens of Mac Bundle Box
Christian made his first million before he was 16 years old. He taught himself web design at a young age and started his first design company at 14. He then went on to negotiate with various manufacturers and distributors to offer a bundle package of applications for Mac OS X (Steve Jobs was his motivator and inspiration). The Mac Bundle Box has since made him millions.

The lesson: Follow your passion, Find a way to offer something people already buy for a lower price.

2. Emil Motycka of Motycka Enterprises
Emil start a lawn mowing business at 9 years old. Lawn mowing may seem like a pretty typical business for a kid, but this kid took it to the next level. He took out a loan for $8,000 when he was 13 years old to purchase a commercial lawn mower. He formed Motycka Enterprises by the time he was 18 and went on to make well over $100,000 that summer. He’s now making millions.

The lesson: Following a strong passion can work, but on the other hand, doing something and doing it well is just as good if not better. Whatever you do, do it better than everyone else.

3. Evan of EvanTube
Evan started a YouTube channel called EvanTube when he was just 8 years old. Now he is making approximately $1.3 million a year from his channel with over a million subscribers. What are his videos about? Exactly what you might think – reviews of toys and other things that kids his age are interested in. Yes, you can get rich talking about Minecraft, Angry Birds and Legos!

The lesson: If you do what you love and do it well, you can turn it into a million dollar venture. That doesn’t mean it’s easy, but with persistence, you can make it happen.

4. Cameron Johnson of Cheers and Tears
Cameron was earning around $400,000/month in high school. It all started when he created invitation cards for a neighborhood party his parents were having.  When the guests saw the cards, they started asking him to make cards for them and paying him for it. He founded Cheers and Tears at 14 years old, then preceded to go into software development and online advertising, which made him a millionaire by the time he was in high school.

The lesson: If you do something well, you might as well do it big. Dive into new industries and try new things. They just might make you a millionaire.

5. Adam Hildreth of Dubit and Crisp
Adam was a millionaire by his 16th birthday after creating a teenage social networking site called Dubit (popular in the UK). After he had so much success with his social networking site, Adam went on to create Crisp, a company that helps protect kids against online predators. In 2004, he made the UK’s top 20 richest teens list.
The lesson: Sometimes it’s best to look for a popular trend and do it yourself. It’s also a good idea to find a need and create a solution.

6. Moziah Bridges of Mo’s Bows
Moziah started a bow tie company at 9 years old and quickly grew his business to earning $150,000/year. Today, Moziah has several employees. He has been featured in several popular magazines and even went on Shark Tank. He’s working on a full clothing line at the moment, which I’m sure will end up being an impressive success as well.
The lesson: If you decide to start a business, keep growing and expanding. There is always room to make your business bigger, just be sure to have a great team to help you along the way.

7. Geoff, Dave, & Catherine Cook of My Yearbook
Before everyone was on Facebook, these three siblings started My Yearbook, a social media site based on the school(s) you went to. It was similar to Facebook at the time, but with more focus on grade school rather than college. The idea to start the website began when they moved to a new town and wanted to make some friends. The site took off and six years later. The Cooks ended up selling the site to the Quepasa Corps. for $100 million. Not bad at all.

The lesson: Find a need and fill it. Be proactive. These kids could have let themselves get down about not having friends in a new place, but instead they decided to do something about it.

8. Sanjay & Shavran Kumaran of GoDimensions
Sanjay and Shavran, at 12 and 14 years old, respectively, run their own gaming corporation. They have several apps, with over 35,000 downloads between them. They have developed the popular Catch Me Cop app, among others. Their apps are monetized purely through advertising, which makes them free for kids to download. Now they speak at events and conferences on ideas, making them happen and drawing up business plans.
The lesson: This one actually merges following your passion with doing what you do really well. It’s the best of both worlds.

9. Farrhad Acidwalla of Rockstah Media
Farrhad founded Rockstah Media, a marketing agency with 20 employees around the world and he did it at 16 years old. You may have heard of his company or you may know Farrhad from one of his TED Talks. He is known today as one of the most promising entrepreneurs of our time. When asked about the success of his company, Farrhad said “My team is the backbone of my company,” which can definitely teach us a thing or two.
The lesson: You can’t do it all on your own. Building a strong professional team is important if you really want to take you business to the next level.

10. Robert Nay of the Bubble Ball App
Robert raked in over $2 million in two weeks, following the release of his famous Bubble Ball game. He was only 14 years old at the time. Today, his game has been downloaded over 16 million times and Robert continues to develop new apps with his company, Nay Games. Bubble Ball has been seen on Good Morning America and continues to be one of the most popular games in the Apple Store.
The lesson: Some people really can achieve overnight success. That shouldn’t be your goal, but if you create something good enough, it could happen for you.

11. Nick D’Aloisio of Summly
Nick sold his company, Summly, to Yahoo for $30 million in 2013, making him one of the youngest self-made millionaires in the world. Summly went on to become Yahoo News Digest. Nick now works for Yahoo and has been named “Innovator of the Year” by the Wall Street Journal. He was included in TIME Magazine’s “Time 100″ as one of the world’s most influential teenagers. Nick is also the youngest person to receive a round of venture capital in technology from Hong Kong billionaire, Li Ka-Shing.
The lesson: Age doesn’t have to hold you back. Nick was even able to receive funding from a billionaire, despite his age.

12. Leanna Archer of Leanna’s Hair
Leanna was bottling and selling her own hair pomade at just 9 years old. She got her secret recipes from her great-grandmother and has since expanded to an entire line of hair products based on the same recipes. Leanna’s company brings in over $100,000 annually and her net worth is over $3 million. She has also founded the Leanna Archer Education Foundation. Her foundation helps provide basic needs, including education, to 200 Haitian kids each day.
The lesson: When you find success and make lots of money, be sure to give back. Money is a great tool for many things and it is a necessity to help others who have little to nothing.

These kids show us that age is not a limitation. You’re never too young or too old. If you really want to make a difference in the world, start now, no matter your age or any other limiting factor. The commonality among all of these kids is their mindset.They didn’t start with a mindset of “can’t”, they started with a mindset of “how can I?” You can do the same. Even if you’re still in high school.

Differences Between Dog Lovers And Cat Lovers

Hello beautiful people,
Do you love cats? Prefer Dogs? or you aren't a pet person?......It reveals something about your personality,below are 10 most significant differences between dog lovers and cat lovers

1. Dog lovers listen
Dog people tended to be more obedient in nature. Dog lovers “followed the rules more closely”, while cat lovers “tended to be non-conformists, preferring to be expedient rather than follow the rules”.

2. Cat lovers are smart
This is where things get controversial. In the study, cat people scored higher on the test of intelligence than dog people. While this doesn’t necessarily hold true to all people in each group, higher intelligence test scores tended to fall within the cat-people category.

3. Dog lovers keep things lively
Dog people are more lively, friendlier and more energetic. Cat people, on the other hand, didn't seem to carry the same qualities as frequently.

4. Cat lovers keep an open mind
As with the intelligence finding, this doesn't necessarily mean that dog owners are the opposite. Rather, cat people were more consistently found to be a bit more open minded than were the dog lovers. This was based on general appreciation of art, unusual ideas, adventure, and an overall sense of curiosity and experience.

5. Dog lovers love people
Cats can be a bit standoffish. In this same way, their owners tend to be less outgoing as well. Dog owners, however, were found to enjoy the company of others more. The lifestyle of a dog owner is a bit more active to begin with as owners take their pets outside and to parks where they have more opportunity to socialize with others.

6. Cat lovers seek affection, dog lovers look for companionship
Cat people seek affection from their pets while dog people were more after companionship. It’s possible that people may select pets based on their own personality. For example, cats are often seen as independent animals that keep to themselves, and are cautious of others.”

7. Cat lovers are sensitive
Often times, people see sensitivity as a bad thing. This isn't necessarily the case. Cat people were found to be more sensitive, while dog owners showed fewer signs of sensitivity in provided tests.

8. Dog lovers represent a larger portion of people
Live Science reported that 60% of study respondents said they preferred dogs while just 11% reported a preference for cats (the rest said they either like both animals equally or didn’t like either animal). Looks like dog owners win the popularity vote!

9. Cat lovers prefer solitude
Cat owners were one third more likely to live alone and twice as likely to live in an apartment or flat. Dog ownership was more closely related to living in a house with a spouse and/or family members.

10. Dog lovers are dominant
Researchers noted that cat owners tended to possess fewer qualities associated with dominance than dog owners. These qualities included assertiveness, self-confidence, forcefulness, and persistence.

IT ROCKS BEING SINGLE--ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD

Hello single ladies,
You totally can enjoy your singlehood!

If single-hood was more acceptable then we would be much happier and at peace with being by ourselves. We would be at peace with being alone, instead of always trying to force the juice out of every union, force our ideals and expectations into every romantic interlude and feel pain and sorrow over lost connections.
When you are single you can do what you want, when you want and with whom you want. Being single is all about you. It is a special time to be true to yourself and be a little selfish. "You" is at the crux of embracing your single life.

Below are 10 reasons to embrace the fact that you are not in a relationship and love your single life.

1. When you are single, you can do whatever it is that you love, without having to compromise for someone Else's needs or desires. There is nothing you have to give up. You can indulge in your guilty pleasures or just simply be yourself without having to give up any part of your pleasure in order to codify someone else.

2. Not only do you not have to give up your pleasures, but neither do you have to explain or justify to anyone why it is you like doing them. This is liberating. Be yourself, no ifs ands or buts about it.

3. Guilt is something that we can definitely do without. But, so much of our relationships revolve around guilt. The aformentioned compromising and explaining are often things we do to protect our relationship from it's demise. We fear the loss. Instead of embracing impermanence and remembering what joys singlehood can bring, we often feel bad and guilty about our "selfish" ways. This leads to self- compromising behaviors.

4. No jealousy or insecurity, Jealousy can come from you or your partner. When you celebrate your singlehood, jealousy and insecurity about other people fall down by the wayside. Who cares anymore? The most important person has become you. The ability to live and let live suddenly becomes within your reach.

5. Partners not only want explanations and compromise, but they also may be jealous of your friends? Perhaps, they may limit the time you have to spend with friends. In many ways friends are more important than our partners. They are there for us when our relationships hit turbulence. Being single is a great time to nurture your friendships. So, hang out with your most friends and feel not guilt about it.

6. So often people lose themselves in other people, in their partner or in their relationship. Who are you? What is special about you? Singlehood is when you can really let yourself shine and be who you are meant to be. Try to discover yourself.

7. The crux of singlehood is the freedom to do what you want, when you want, how you want, why you want and with whom. There is no one to answer to, explain, justify and compromise for. This independence should be embraced. You want a quiet evening at home or an entire week of solitude. It is all yours. Just say the word. The act of self-care is easy.

8. Being single affords you the ability to pursue your dreams. Want to travel the world? Guess what? Being single makes these types of dreams much easier. No one to hold you back, Single people can do the things that those in relationships cannot.

9. You do not have to ever pay for anyone else. You make your own money.  no one telling you how to spend your money and no one asking you where your money went.
Spend your money the way you want.

10. Singles don't have to explain why they feel happy, sad, angry, tired, moody, crabby or frustrated to anyone. Feel free to feel every emotion you have inside of you and not have to respond to anyone else about them.

This the time to enjoy the real you....Share with me what you think about single-hood.

I'm The Other Woman And Loving Your Husband Hurts ME, Too

I'm The Other Woman And Loving Your Husband Hurts ME, Too
WRITTEN BY; Alex Alexander

After all this time, I still hope he leaves you.
I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine. We sit across from one another at the Greasy Spoon diner, reaching over the table to touch hands, caressing thumbs with the tenderness of a violin player. We must be touching, always touching. We joke and laugh, we talk, we sit in pure adoration. I know every inch of his face and he knows every inch of mine. I order his food (one Belgium waffle on the soft side, a plate of crispy bacon) and he orders mine (a short stack, no butter, a bowl of fruit, a side of extra crispy bacon). We sit, together in our love, relishing every second.
A car pulls up outside and warrants his cursory glance. The glance holds on a bit too long. The couple in the car comes inside and he follows their every move. They sit two booths behind us. He stares for a moment, then snatches his hands back from the table. The divot in his ring finger catches the light, reminding me of the torture I so often hide when we’re together. He fumbles in his pocket, quick with fear, and slips his platinum wedding band back on his finger. My heart is in shambles. We get the bill and pay for our unfinished food. Outside, he apologizes. I say nothing and drive home alone in tears.
You would think after three years of dating a married man, I would be used to this.
But it still stings just as much as the first time we ran into a relative of his and I had to “hide behind the oranges” in the grocery store. In truth, this was an infrequent occurrence. Maybe that made it worse? I’ll never know for sure. I suppose the fault is mine. If I had never let things progress, I wouldn’t feel the hurt tugging on my heartstrings when we needed to disguise our relationship or feel the jealousy when he went home to his wife, as he always did.
So why did I do it? Why does anyone do it? At the start of it all, the perks of the situation swam happily in my mind. Imagine the freedom! Imagine the absence of committed responsibility! I was a secure, confident woman and was not willing to compromise my life for a relationship and everything that came with it. Like most modern women, I felt I only needed a man for one thing, and a coupled lifestyle was not that thing. So I figured, who better than a married man? Moreover, a married man with kids! He had his responsibilities with his wife and family. There would be no awkward morning-afters, no constant phone calls or texts. I could have all the space I wanted and I would hear no complaints from his end. It would be easy and stress-free.
But what started out as a simple, no-strings-attached relationship (or at least the illusion of one) evolved into much more. You can never have your cake and eat it too. Maybe it was the jolt of electricity we both felt when we first met and shook hands or maybe it was our mutual understanding of the others troubles. Either way, we grew to rely on one another. We became each others go-to when one of us needed support. And the casual friendship-with-benefits morphed into a caring, loving relationship. I could see the aurora dancing in his eyes when he saw me, and he could see the sparkle in mine. We knew each other inside and out, our lives so intertwined we were hard to tell apart.
But I didn’t count on the pitfalls of this type of relationship.
I thought I had it all figured out. I didn’t expect to grow to need him. I didn’t expect to miss him when we weren’t together, I didn’t expect to become so attached to his children that they felt like family, and I definitely didn’t expect to fall in love. Or for him to fall in love with me. What I thought could be something simple ended up being a stressor. We had to hide. Our time together was constantly cut short so his wife wouldn’t find out. I was jealous and angry and crazily in love, and at times, so hurt I could barely stand. I hate being second in line, yet I was. He would tell me grand stories about how we’d be together full-time someday. He would leave her and be with me. A small part of me believed him, but the rest of me knew better. Yet still I stayed. We had such an intense connection that I was convinced living without him would be so much worse than enduring the agony of sharing my man.
Like most everything else in my life, our relationship became punctuated by song lyrics I felt described our situation.
Sugarland, “Stay”: It’s too much pain to have to bear / to love a man you have to share.
The Wreckers, “Leave the Pieces”: You say you don’t wanna hurt me, don’t wanna see my tears / so why are you still standing here just watching me drown … You not making up your mind / is killing me and wasting time.
Nickel Creek, “I Should’ve Known Better”: Your love meant trouble from the day we met / you won every hand, I lost every bet.
Zac Brown Band, “Colder Weather”: And wonders if her love is strong enough to make him stay / She's answered by the tail lights / Shining through the window pane.
Listening to them made me feel better. It reassured me someone went through the same things I did, that I wasn’t alone in my torture. But even through the music, I could feel things starting to fall apart. I began to obsess over his life with her. What were they doing? Where were they going? Was he having more fun with her than with me? What was so great about her anyway? Our love for each other stayed strong, but the relationship had collapsed. I knew what I had to do, as much as I tried to ignore it.
On an unseasonably warm March evening, I ended it.
The chill had left the air and incoming Spring filled me with the power and motivation to do the hardest thing I knew I needed to do. My tears fell as fast as the first thunderstorm of the year.
“What are you saying?” he asked me. “I think I’m breaking up with you,” I said.
“Maybe you should think about it more,” he pressed. I told him, “I won’t come to any different conclusion. It’s over."
And that was it. There was no pomp and circumstance. Just plain cold truth. We spoke sparingly over the next few days and it eventually faded to no communication. In silence, my world was ending. I gave up on love, on life. I stayed in bed all day and didn’t eat. My friends and family were stuck. They didn’t know what was going on; all they knew was my seemingly unnecessary depression. I trudged back and forth to work amid discussions of counseling, tentative hugs and attempts at forcing me to eat. In the end, I was still broken. The only thing worse than bearing that heavy a weight alone is carrying it yourself.
And then he called.
He wanted me to know his wife knew everything. That he loved me and couldn’t function without me. But he wasn’t ready. Could I wait, please. He needed me. He would be with me when his kids started school again. He would be with me in September. Yes, of course I would wait. He was my love.
The next few months were a whirlwind of elation and doubt. We were together nearly every day, as together as a hidden relationship allows you to be. He talked of long-term dreams, about our future house and trips we would take and having kids eventually. My heart longed for it and wanted to trust him. My brain knew better. I sat by, clinging to hope, and watched him as he bought new furniture with his wife. They got a new car. He hired a landscaper and started repairs on his house. I became a Monday through Friday, nine to five girlfriend. For those forty hours a week that his wife was working, he was mine. He loved me and worshiped me and spoke of our future. But September came and September passed. The sun and moon rose and fell. And I was still alone.
He told me we’d be together in September. So every first of September, I wait. I go to the same Greasy Spoon diner and I wait for him. For my love. And as the years go by, my hope does not wane. It naively stays strong. Maybe one day, after all the lost time, he will join me and my September will come.

KEEP YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM HEALTHY

The digestive system is one of the most important components of the human body. It  is uniquely designed to break down the foods that we eat into the nutrients our body needs to survive.

One of the best ways to maintain a healthy digestive system is to gear our diet towards maintaining it. Below are ways that dieting affects our digestion. Taking them into consideration will maintain efficient digestion, increase your sense of well being, and improve your overall health.

1. Stick to a high fiber diet;
Fiber is one of the most important nutrients for a healthy digestive system. No matter the particular type of diet we have, always strive to include fiber as a large part of it. Fiber is present in foods such as whole grains, vegetables, legumes, and fruits. It helps move food through our digestive track (reducing constipation) as well as preventing health problems like hemorrhoids and irritable bowel syndrome. Maintaining a high fiber diet can even help us lose weight.

2. Consume both insoluble and soluble fiber;
There are two primary types of fiber and we need both of them to keep our digestive system healthy. The two types of fiber are insoluble and soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber is found in foods such as vegetables, and whole grains. You can find soluble fiber in foods such as oat, nuts, seeds, and legumes.

3. Reduce high fat foods;

Fatty foods aren’t very good for us. Sure, we need a little fat to survive but too much of it can cause a number of health problems, not to mention that it isn’t very good for your waistline. Fat can also affect the digestion by slowing it down. It is best to limit the amount of high fat foods we eat and when we do eat them to pair them with something that is high in fiber.

4. Take lean meats;
Protein is an essential part of a healthy diet. One of the easiest ways to get protein is by eating meat. However, eating fatty cuts of meat is no good at all. It can lead to uncomfortable digestion. It is best to stick with lean cuts whenever we eat meat.

5. Add Probiotics to your diet;
It is a myth that all bacteria is unhealthy. In fact, there are lots of bacteria that are great for our body. Probiotics are one type of healthy bacteria. They affect digestion by enhancing nutrient absorption, breaking down lactose, and strengthening the immune system. They can even help treat irritable bowel syndrome. Low-fat yogurt and kefir are both solid sources of probiotic bacteria.

6. Don't skip meal;
One of the best dieting tricks of all time is to stick to a regular eating schedule. Consuming your meals at the same time each day will help keep your digestive system in tiptop shape. Aim to schedule your meals as close to the same time as possible from one meal to the next.

7. Drink water;
Another highly effective dieting tip is to make sure we drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is one of the keys to losing weight as well as promoting the overall health of our digestion. Water helps break down fats and fiber in our body, allowing these foods to pass through our body more easily.

8. Skip alcohol and smoking;
Bad habits like smoking and the excessive consumption of caffeine and alcohol can wreak havoc on the body. It’s a smart idea to stay away from all of these as much as possible. They interfere with the smooth functioning of the digestive system and can eventually lead to problems like stomach ulcers.

9. Exercise regularly;

Regular exercise is essential if we want to keep our digestive system in great working order. Exercising on a regular basis actually helps move food through the digestive track. It greatly reduces constipation and helps maintain a healthy weight. Moreover, it’s an effective way to tone our body.

10. Fight stress;
Stress can negatively affect our digestion. It is important to limit stress as much as possible in addition to eating well and exercising regularly. Fortunately, the three things go hand in hand. Both exercise and a healthy diet fight stress.

WHY IT IS NOT HEALTHY TO EAT TOO MUCH RICE

Happy Sunday,

Growing up I eat rice pretty much everyday, its like my main meal. I was reading a book today and I saw why its not healthy to eat too much, so I thought of sharing.

Rice provides good source of energy in the form of carbohydrate,
One of the biggest reasons why rice, especially white rice, is not that healthy is because they contain extremely high levels of carbohydrates which is extremely bad for your body and health. Too much carbohydrates make you gain weight and decreases our metabolism levels. As a result, people think rice as a healthy food that can help them lose weight. However, in reality, the opposite is true. Rice helps you gain weight and in turn, you are completely the opposite of what you want.

Another reason why rice is not that healthy is because it can clog up your blood vessels. Because rice contains a lot of carbohydrates, it can generate more and more fat in the blood vessels and make them smaller and smaller and in the end, clogging them up. Clogging up your blood vessels can lead to deadly circumstances. Therefore, it is important that you do not over eat rice.

With that being said, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be eating rice. Rice is still a very healthy food. It is just that if you eat too much, it will become unhealthy. Rice does contain many benefits such as for your brain and skeletal structure. Avoid eating white rice and try brown rice which will be much healthier. All in all, rice has its benefits and downfalls.

My Opinion;
The safety of rice consumption seems to vary greatly based on the individual, cultural background and what the rest of the diet looks like.
Where do you stand on rice taking?

WAYS TO TREAT ACNE SCARS

You can’t go back in time and stop yourself from popping a pimple that caused that big scar on your forehead, but there are many options to treat those acne scars. Sure, you should consult your dermatologist before trying out any tips. They will definitely find the best solution for you. But here are some tips to treat them;

1. Prevent scars from the beginning;
Never pop, squeeze, or pick at a pimple or scab. Popping one once in a while might not result in scarring, but you will never know until it heals. Use a good skincare routine to heal and prevent acne. Keep your skin moisturized and use antibacterial products to prevent infections.

2. Cortisone fade cream;
Cortisone is used to help reduce redness and itchiness. It is also used in fade creams to diminish scars. Get a product that can help reduce scarring with new wounds or pimples,or the appearance of old scars. Consult your doctor before using any cortisone fade cream.

3. Laser treatment;
If you’re serious about getting rid of scars, laser treatment is probably one of the most effective options. There are several different types of laser treatments used for scars. Some only treat 15 to 20% of the skin but with nearly the same results as a laser that treats the entire scar. Lasers can sometimes be accompanied with pain, but they are most effective at smoothing out the skin.

4. Filler treatments;
Some scars are raised above the level of the skin, and others pit deep into the skin. Dermal fillers are often used to fill in scar tissue. The problem with filler treatments is that they are temporary. You must continue to use the product to maintain the results. However, it is usually a less expensive option than laser treatments.

5. Time;
Some scars will go away with time. Small scars can take months or years to fade completely. Red scars will usually fade to skin color over time even if it doesn’t disappear altogether. Keep moisturizing your skin and let time do its work.

6. Maderma;
Mederma is ideal for new scars, but it can be used to help reduce the appearance of old scars as well. If Mederma is applied regularly, it can reduce redness and discoloration, and it can reduce the amount of scar tissue that forms on the skin.

7. Moisturize;
Moisturizing with a lotion full of healthy ingredients such as aloe vera or shea butter can help reduce the appearance of scarsr. Keep the skin moist while acne heals to reduce the possibility for scarring. Old scars will likely not be affected by moisturizing. Drinking more water is more important because it moisturizes the skin from the inside out.

8. Bio Oil;
Bio Oil is a product that is fairly inexpensive and can be applied to your skin once or twice a day. Some people say it has faded acne scars and sun spots. Even if it doesn’t fade scars, it will moisturize your skin.

9. Scrubs;
Your skin is constantly regenerating skin cells. If the old skin cells sit on top of the new skin, your skin will look dull. Using a gentle scrub will peel away the top layer revealing what is underneath. Just as acne scars can fade over time, scrubs can help speed up the process by revealing the new skin underneath.

10.Nutrition;
Nutrition is the most important aspect of acne scar treatment. Your skin needs certain nutrients in order to rebuild new, fresh skin to replace the scar tissue. Take a multivitamin everyday that has plenty of B vitamins necessary to rebuild skin. Include foods in your diet high in omega 3s such as grass fed meats, wild caught fish, and coconut oil. Eat lots of vegetables and drink water every day.
